Governments around the world are working to adopt analytics and digital technologies to improve program results. Artificial Intelligence has become a buzzword in this journey, but many forms of analytics that might not might not involve AI deliver value to government organizations. GARI’s mission is to explore and report on effective approaches, methods, tools for applying analytics in government organizations. A key component of our research is understanding the social system in which these tools are embedded.
